תקנון מבצע "מילואים ונהנים" - ארט בוקה תל אביב
1. מבוא
1.1. סטודיו "ארט בוקה תל אביב"
סטודיו "ארט בוקה תל אביב" מורכב מצוות אמנים מנוסים ומקצועיים, אשר חולקים אהבה משותפת לאמנות הקעקועים. צוות הסטודיו שם דגש על יצירת קשר אישי וחם עם כל לקוח, תוך הקשבה קפדנית לצרכים ולרצונות שלו.
1.2. מטרת המבצע
מטרת מבצע "מילואים ונהנים" היא להוקיר ולהודות לכלל חיילי וחיילות המילואים וכוחות הביטחון על תרומתם החשובה לביטחון המדינה בתקופה קשה זו. במסגרת המבצע, יוצעו הנחות משמעותיות על ביצוע קעקוע חדש, כהזדמנות ליהנות מיצירת אמנות ייחודית שתישאר איתכם לכל החיים.
1.3. תוקף המבצע
המבצע תקף מיום 24.02.2024 ועד ליום 10.03.2024.
2. תנאי זכאות
2.1. זכאים להשתתף במבצע:
חיילי וחיילות מילואים ששירתו בשנים 2023-2024.
אין הגבלת גיל או מגדר.
2.2. הוכחת זכאות:
על מנת לממש את ההנחה, יש להציג טופס 3010 (אישור מילואים) מודפס או דיגיטלי, הן בעת קביעת התור והן בעת ביצוע הקעקוע.
2.3. גובה ההנחה:
גובה ההנחה נקבע בהתאם למספר ימי המילואים שבוצעו:
עד חודש: 10% הנחה
עד חודשיים: 15% הנחה
עד 3 חודשים: 20% הנחה
עד 4 חודשים: 25% הנחה
מעל 4 חודשים: 30% הנחה
2.4. דוגמאות למימוש:
חייל ששירת 35 ימי מילואים זכאי להנחה של 20% על קעקוע בעלות 1000 ש"ח. משמעות הדבר היא שהמחיר הסופי עבור הקעקוע יעמוד על 800 ש"ח.
חיילת ששירתה 130 ימי מילואים זכאית להנחה של 30% על קעקוע בעלות 600 ש"ח. משמעות הדבר היא שהמחיר הסופי עבור הקעקוע יעמוד על 420 ש"ח.
3. תנאים נוספים
מינימום קעקוע: 500 ש"ח.
קעקועים קטנים: המבצע אינו תקף עבור קעקועים קטנים (עד 5 ס"מ - "פתיחת מחט").
כפל מבצעים: אין כפל מבצעים.
העברת ההנחה: ההנחה אינה ניתנת להעברה.
תקופת מימוש: המבצע תקף לקביעת תור ולביצוע קעקוע במהלך חודשים פברואר-מרץ 2024.

5. סמכות שיפוט
הסמכות הבלעדית לדון בכל עניין הנוגע לתקנון זה נתונה לבית המשפט המוסמך בתל אביב-יפו.
6. תנאי סף
השתתפות במבצע מחייבת את קבלת תנאי התקנון במלואם.
7. הודעה
הסטודיו רשאי לשלוח הודעות בדואר אלקטרוני, הודעות SMS או באמצעות כל אמצעי אחר לפי בחירתו.

ביצוע הזמנה באתר מהווה הסכמה לכל תנאי התקנון.

Art Bouquet Tel Aviv Studio (the "Studio") is a team of experienced and professional tattoo artists established in 2015. The Studio prioritizes building personal connections with clients, ensuring their needs and desires are carefully considered.
*1.2. Purpose of the Campaign*
The "Miluim ve Nehenim" campaign (the "Campaign") aims to express appreciation and gratitude to reserve soldiers and security forces for their invaluable contributions to national security. The Campaign offers significant discounts on new tattoos, allowing participants to acquire unique and lasting works of art.
*1.3. Validity Period*
The Campaign is valid from February 24, 2024, to March 10, 2024.
*2. Eligibility*
