תקנון הטבה לחיילים בסטודיו Art Bouquet Tattoo

1. הגדרות

1.1: "לקוח": חייל בסדיר או חייל מילואים כמפורט בסעיף 2. 1.2: "הטבה": הנחה של 20% על מחיר קעקוע. 1.3: "תקופת ההטבה": 1 במאי 2024 עד 17 במאי 2024.

2. זכאים

2.1: לקוחות שהם חיילים בסדיר. 2.2: לקוחות שהם חיילי מילואים ששירתו בשנת 2023 או 2024.

3. מימוש ההטבה

3.1: לקוח המעוניין לממש את ההטבה חייב להציג תעודת חוגר או טופס 3010 אשר מהווה אישור מצה"ל על ביצוע שמ"פ. ניתן להוציאו באתר מילואים https://pa.miluim.idf.il/Login. 3.2: ההטבה תקפה לכל קעקוע חדש. 3.3: לא ניתן לממש את ההטבה על קעקועים קיימים, תיקונים או עבודות אחרות. 3.4: לא ניתן לכפל הטבות. 3.5: ההטבה ניתנת רק ללקוח עצמו ואינה ניתנת להעברה.

4. תנאי מימוש ההטבה

4.1: על מנת לממש את ההטבה, לקוח חייב לקבוע תור מראש בטלפון 053-555-7065 או באתר https://www.artbouquetlv.com. 4.2: בעת קביעת התור, לקוח חייב לציין שהוא מעוניין לממש את ההטבה לחיילים. 4.3: לקוח חייב לשלם מקדמה על סך 200 ש"ח בעת קביעת התור. 4.4: לקוח יכול לקבוע תור עד ה-17 במאי 2024 ולקבל את ההטבה גם אם התור נקבע לאחר תאריך זה. 4.5: לקוח חייב להגיע לתור במועד שנקבע לו. 4.6: ביטול תור פחות מ-24 שעות לפני מועדו יגרור חיוב בעלות המקדמה.

Soldier Discount Policy at Art Bouquet Tattoo Studio

Section 1: Definitions

• "Customer": A soldier in regular service or a reservist as detailed in Section 2.

• "Discount": A 20% discount on the price of a tattoo.

• "Benefit Period": May 1, 2024, to May 17, 2024.

Section 2: Eligibility

• 2.1: Customers who are soldiers in regular service.

• 2.2: Reservist customers who served in 2023 or 2024.

Section 3: Redeeming the Discount

• 3.1: To redeem the discount, the customer must present a valid military ID or a Form 3010, which serves as IDF approval for completing a mobilization exercise. It can be obtained on the Reservists' website https://pa.miluim.idf.il/Login.

• 3.2: The discount is valid for any new tattoo.

• 3.3: The discount cannot be redeemed on existing tattoos, repairs, or other work.

• 3.4: Discounts cannot be combined.

• 3.5: The discount is only available to the customer himself and is not transferable.

Section 4: Conditions for Redeeming the Discount

• 4.1: To redeem the discount, the customer must schedule an appointment in advance by phone at 053-555-7065 or on the website https://www.artbouquetlv.com.

• 4.2: When scheduling the appointment, the customer must mention that they want to redeem the soldier's discount.

• 4.3: The customer must pay a deposit of 200 NIS when scheduling the appointment.

• 4.4: The customer can schedule an appointment until May 17, 2024, and receive the discount even if the appointment is scheduled after that date.

• 4.5: The customer must arrive for the appointment at the scheduled time.

• 4.6: Canceling an appointment less than 24 hours before its scheduled time will result in a charge for the deposit.
